Rafter X Ranch started with good ground, a covered arena, and a handful of folks who loved to ride. Over time, it’s become a place where people gather to share what they know, try something new, and spend honest time with their horses and mules.
What began as a simple idea turned into something special—events that bring people together and make a difference. From kids learning to gentle their first wild burro to riders working through obstacles with patience and trust, every moment here is about connection, courage, and growth.
We’ve hosted events like the Big Burro Shootout and Trail Obstacle Nights—and we’re just getting started. Each one is built around real horsemanship, good people, and time well spent. The gates are open, the arena’s ready, and there’s more to come.
